From the member by-laws to our hours of operation, dress code, and tipping policies – you can simply retrieve all of the information right here. You have already attended the orientation at the Meet and Greet. Don’t worry, if you have additional questions along the way, any member of our team will be willing and eager to help you. ​We look forward to a seamless transition into the club. Guest PolicyThere is a maximum allowance per guest of five (5) times annually in the golf season (April 1 – October 31). Groups are limited to one guest per foursome on weekends and holidays prior to 10:00 am. There is a $10 fee for any racquets and pool guests. No fee after 4:00 pm.

Dress CodeMale Country Club Casual: All golf shirts must have a collar or mock collar. Shirts must be tucked in at all times. Dress pants or golf pants permitted. Traditional Bermuda shorts are permitted. All hats, visors and caps must be worn with bills to the front and outdoors only. Only approved golf shoes with soft spikes are permitted. Only approved tennis shoes for our courts are permitted. Cargo pants, denim pants, athletic shorts, and sweat clothes are prohibited golf or tennis attire. The changing of attire must be done in the locker rooms. Female Country Club Casual: Golf shirts may have short sleeves, long sleeves, or may be sleeveless (but must have a collar). Shirts without collars must have sleeves. Traditional Bermuda shorts, golf skirts, and culottes must be no shorter than mid-thigh as measured while standing. Denim jeans, cargo pants, athletic shorts, and sweat clothes are prohibited golf or tennis attire. Only approved golf shoes with soft spikes are permitted. NOTE: The changing of attire, including shoes, must be done in the locker room.

Tipping PolicyThere is a 20% service charge collected on all Food and Beverage sales. It is an offset to the payroll for all Food and Beverage staff and is not paid directly to the server. This is NOT a tip. Gratuities are permitted in the dining areas if the Member would like to reward excellent service by offering a tip either in cash or on their dining bill which will be paid directly to the staff member. Tipping is also permitted for employees in the Men and Women’s locker rooms, outside golf staff, caddies, caddie master, golf professionals, tennis professionals, valet parking and the coat room. Four Seasons
YEAR ROUND FUN

The start of golf and tennis season and to the Clubhouse makes spring feel like an awakening of sorts, an atmosphere of excitement is always in the air.

Family fun in the sun comes first during the summer! Pool parties, movie night, swim meets, and plenty of golf and racquets tournaments to enjoy.

Autumn brings themed events, including Halloween and Thanksgiving, plus the start of Paddle season is always popular!

The holidays are festive and the entire clubhouse is decked from top to bottom. Winter brings trapshooting, paddle ball, indoor golf simulator, and fun social events each month.
